Nations Trust Bank
- Organized the "Nations Amazing Race" Cycling event as a team-building activity.
- Saru Gewatta” – HNB Ambalantota branch established a model farm, which is a great example of employee engagement.
The project motivated and brought the staff closer together, while promoting home gardening and organic farming, impacting the community positively. The first harvest was distributed to the community, with the project providing the staff with satisfaction and motivation. Such initiatives showcase the importance of employee engagement and community impact.

ReplyDeleteOrganizing employee engagement activities in an organization is a employee booster. Specially in banking sector organizing employee engagement activities are a mental relaxation rather than a booster for them. In todays context employees of the banking sector is fully stressed. As you have mentioned banks can organize major events such as dinner dances, Christmas carols, Awurudu Uthsawa, kiddies parties and etc to have fun & relax with their collogues and families. The branches / departments of the bank can also similarly celebrate employee birthdays, promotions, special days like women's day, men's day, employee appreciation day by keeping the office work for a moment. These activities motivate, reduce the work stress and improve the productivity of the employees.
